Formula with Properties:

Passiflora Incarnata:

Promotes normal sleep and helps relieve insomnia caused by exhaustion, overwork, and mental stress.

Hypericum Perforatum:

The natural ingredients in Hypericum support healthy brain function by helping maintain balanced levels of key neurotransmitters such as serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine. This effect is likely linked to hyperforin, one of Hypericum?s most active and important components.

Valeriana Officinalis:

Especially helpful for overly sensitive and nervous individuals experiencing insomnia. Valerian acts as a gentle skeletal and muscle relaxant, as well as a well-known natural sedative that helps reduce anxiety, stress, and sleep disturbances. Its calming effect may be due to its interaction with GABA-A receptors in the brain, which play a key role in regulating the central nervous system. Valerian may bind mildly to these receptors, promoting relaxation and better sleep.

Rauwolfia Serpentina:
