YOHIMBINUM

It is a crystalline alkaloid obtained from the bark of the Yohimbeha or Yumbehoa tree of the Cameroons. The mother tincture and trituration are prepared from the crystalline alkaloid. Yohimbinum greatly increases the sexual desire in humans and animals. It is a useful remedy in the indications such as impotency, pre-ejaculation and depressed nervous system, etc.
