XANTHOXYLUM FRAXINEUM

The common names of this remedy is Prickly Ash. It is found in Northern, Middle and Western United States. It was introduced and proved by Cullis. The mother tincture is prepared from the bark and dilution from it. This remedy is indicated in chronic rheumatism, catarrhal conditions, Neuralgic dysmenorrhoea, indigestion from over eating or from excessive liquid, insomnia and occipital headaches. This remedy increases the moucus secretions of mouth and stimulates the secretions from all glands having their ducts opening in the mouth.
