Face pale , covered with cold sweat . In cessant quivering of chin and lower jaw . Thirst for cold water , little and often . Desires apples , fruits and acids . Suffocative shortness of breath . Great rattling of mucus , but very little is expectorated . Edema and impending paralysis of lungs . Alae nasi flapping . Pustular eruption . Great drowsiness . Nausea , retching and vomiting . Nausea comes in waves . Copious cold clammy sweat . Tongue coated , pasty and thick white .
