BIOGEN-14 (SNEEZOFIX)

INDICATIONS:
Masood’s BioGen-14 Sneezofix is indicated for the supportive treatment of cold such as alleviate the symptoms like sneezing, watery eyes, fever, cough, cold, catarrh and various respiratory troubles.

COLD

• The common cold is an upper respiratory tract infection caused by many different viruses. The common cold is transmitted by virus-infected airborne droplets or by direct contact with infected secretions. Being in cold weather does not cause the common cold, but cold weather promotes close contact. The incubation period is 10-14 days.
• Catarrh is a build-up of mucus in an airway or cavity of the body
• Koplik?s spots: Little spots inside the mouth. The spots look like a tiny grains of white sand, each surrounded by a red ring. They are found especially on the inside of the cheek (the buccal mucosa) opposite the 1st and 2nd upper molars.
• Rashes: A rash is defined as a widespread eruption of skin lesions. It is a very broad medical term. Rashes can vary in appearance greatly, and there are many potential causes. A rash can be local to just one small part of the body, or it can cover a large area. Rashes come in many forms. They can be dry, moist, bumpy, smooth, cracked, or blistered; they can be painful, itch, and even change color.
• Normal complications met with are bronchitis or broncho-pneumonia, laryngitis, otitis media, stomatitis, cancrum oris and conjunctivitis and they should be separately taken care along with the administration of ?Biogen 14?.
• Symptoms of the common cold include:

• Runny nose.

COMPOSITION:
Each tablet contains: Kalium Sulfuricum 3x, Ferrum Phosphoricum 3x, Kalium Muriaticum 3x each 33.3mg w/w and excipients Q.S to tablet weight.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
No evidence exists for any established interactions with food or other substances/conventional medicines. Data derived from laboratory studies and healthy volunteers does not shows any of the serious effects of illness.
ADVERSE EFFECTS:
No adverse effects have been reported or observed till date. However existing symptoms may get worse temporarily when homoeopathic medicines are taken. Some individuals may experience sensitivity to the lactose in the tablet base of the remedy. Although the overall risk of homoeopathic remedies causing an adverse effect appears to be low. It is better to consult a Homoeopath instead of self medication which might results in negative effects due to improper diagnosis.
INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER SUBSTANCES:
There is no evidence that homoeopathic remedies interfere with other substances. Alcohol, tobacco and unhealthy life style may effect the efficacy of Homoeopathic remedies so try to avoid these habits for achieving best results. It would not be anticipated that there would be any interaction with conventional medicines.
DOSAGE:
As directed by the registered homoeopathic doctor.
Adult: 4 Tablets 4 times a day with every 3 hours interval.
Children: 2 Tablets 4 times a day with every 3 hours interval.
