It is also known as achromia. There may be no obvious cause of this kind of discolouration of skin. May be a big patch on the chest, vitiligo patches on one or both breasts. Mostly no itching symptom is reported but itching may happen in the area of the breast. General Indication: The condition in which white patches appears is known as leucoderma . There may be no obvious cause or it may result from skin disease or syphilis. The hereditary factor is some times associated though yet no exact cause has been determined but there are theories that suggest auto acute immune connection and hormonal connection. It cannot be called as a disease but a skin disorder where it loses its normal colouration. The patches may appear on face, neck, forehead, chest, around lips and eyes and one or both breasts. Homoeopathically to improve the immune or hormonal deficiency, leucoderma compositum may be helpful to get rid of these patches.
