Chelidonium Majus

It is one of the very good medicines subject to hepatic and gastric complaints. It is also of service is cases of jaundice, gall stones and hepatitis in all of which there is bruised aching pain felt at the inferior angle of the right scapula, and in the hepatic region with the tenderness of the Liver. It should also be remembered in cases of vertigo, headache and in the so called bilious pneumonia broncho pneumonia and pertussis. It is also beneficial in rheumatic arthritis when it is associated with hepatic congestion. For external use, made into an ointment or a poultice, it can be beneficial for skin diseases, herpes, Eczema and ring worms.
