Indigestion:

Indigestion (also called dyspepsia) is often a sign of an underlying problem, such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), ulcers, or gallbladder disease, rather than a condition of its own.

Pharmacology:

HR 35 acts as stomachic and used to treat stomach and gastric ailments. It also acts as acid neutralizer and helps to relieve heartburn and gastric acid reflux. It relieves the symptoms like bloating, chronic cough, chest pain, burning and gas through its gastro protective, soothing and acid neutralizing activities. It acts as appetite stimulant, reduces the stress and stimulates the gastric emptying. HR 35 has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and Hepatoprotective activity. It contains a mixture of tannins (hydrolysable and non-hydrolysable) obtained from the Anacardium occidentale , demonstrated apparent anti-inflammatory activity in carrageenan- and dextran induced edemas, cotton pellet granuloma test and adjuvant-induced polyarthritis. It also antagonizes the permeability-increasing effects of certain mediators of inflammation and to inhibit the migration of leucocytes to an inflammatory site. HR 35 has protective ability of Lycopodium clavatum extract against p-dimethylaminoazobenzene induced hepatocarcinogenesis, it decreases levels of blood glucose and cortisol and decreased activities of glutathione reductase, succinate dehydrogenase, and blood cholesterol and hemoglobin contents, and levels of serum estradiol and testosterone. Levels of these biomarkers in both liver and spleen tissues were positively altered along with a significant reduction of tumor incidence in liver of carcinogen.

Formula:

Each 1ml contains;

• Anacardium Or? 6D 22% v/v
• Argentum nit? 6D 22% v/v
• Lycopodium Clav? 5D 22% v/v
• Nux Vomica? 4D 34% v/v

With excipients q.s.

Formula with properties:

Anacardium Or 6D: Weak digestion, with fullness and distention. Eating relieves the Anacardium dyspepsia.

Argentum nit 6D: heartburn immediately after eating, belching and nauseic condition, relieves acidity and pain in stomach.

Lycopodium Clav 5D: After eating, pressure in stomach, with bitter taste in mouth.

Nux Vomica 4D: Sour taste, and nausea in the morning, after eating. Weight and pain in stomach; worse, eating, and sometime after.

Dosage: 5 -10 drops every 2-3 hours with fresh water under acute conditions. Less frequently when improvement starts i.e. 3 times a day.
