Kalmin CF Tablets

Indications:

It is indicated for the symptomatic relief of cold and flu including headache, sore throat, nasal congestion, sinusitis and its associated pain, body aches and fever.

Composition:

Each film coated tablet contains: Piscidia ery (EHPI) 10% v/w, Curcuma longa (EHPI) 2% v/w, Zingiber officinale (EHPI) 3% v/w, Boswellia (EHPI) 3% v/w, Salix alba willow (EHPI) 6% v/w, Echinacea (EHPI) 5% v/w, Thymus Vulg (EHPI) 6% v/w, with excipients q.s. to tablet weight.

PROPERTIES AND ACTION:

PISCIDIA ERY Q: Indicated to reduce sensation of pain, neuralgia.

CURCUMA LONGA Q: Has anti-inflammatory properties and fight certain infections.

ZINGIBER OFFICINALE ?: Indicated for obstructed and dry nose. Intolerable itching in nose, Hoarseness. Scratching sensation in throat, stitches in chest. Dry cough, hacking, copious morning sputa.

BOSWELLIA Q: It is used for osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and for inflammatory conditions.

SALIX ALBA WILLOW Q: Helpful for the relief of intermittent fever.

ECHINACEA Q: Acute auto-infection, foul-smelling discharge and membranous formation protruding. Post nasal catarrh. Nose feel stuffed up. Tonsils purple or black, gray exudation extending to posterior nares and air passages.

THYMUS VULG ?: Act as an expectorant, have anti-septic and anti-viral properties. It is indicated for productive cough, acute bronchitis, inflammation of upper respiratory tract, whooping cough and tonsillitis.

Dosage:

In acute condition: 2 tablets after every 4 hour.

On improvement of conditions: Take 2 tablets after every 8 hour.

If symptoms persist or become worse, immediately consult your physician.

Keep in a cool & dry place.

Keep all medicines away from reach of children.

CONTRAINDICATION:

Consult your physician before giving this medicine to children, during pregnancy or lactation period.

SIDE EFFECTS:

No side effects have been reported or observed till date, however existing symptoms may get worse temporarily when alternative medicine are taken. It is better to consult a physician instead of self-medication which might result in negative effects due to improper diagnosis
