Chenopodium Anthelminticum

This remedy is indicated when there is an intense pain between the inferior angle of scapulla and the spine. The oil of the Chenopodium is extensively employed and has found been an excellent anthelminitic for round worms, hook worms, tape worms and other intestinal parasites. Chenopodium oil is also used as a mild cardiac stimulant and also to promote the secretions of the skin and the kidneys. WARNING: An over dose of the oil can result in poisoning and can cause death. So, it must be used only under strict supervision and with competent consultation.
